Welcome to the Web Page of the Fourteenth Judicial District Bar, the mandatory bar organization for attorneys who live or work in Durham County, North Carolina. This is also the Page for the Durham County Bar Association (DCBA), the voluntary organization for attorneys in Durham County, as well as the Durham Bar Foundation, Inc. our charitable, 501 (c) 3 organization.

2011 – 2012 dues are payable now for the Fourteenth Judicial District, the DCBA and YLD are payable upon your decision to participate. Second (and some third) invoices are send out during the year, with a Final Notice sent in April. If you need a reprint sent or emailed to you, please call or email the bar office. If you have any doubt that you have paid your dues for this or LAST year, please check that list here. It is updated daily as payments are received. For address changes, please send a letter or email the office from your own email account. We cannot accept a phone call as a notice of new address, nor can this information be received via your staff. This also applies to requests to be removed from the Fourteenth, due to residency and/or employment change.
